Guzelic — Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Guzelic purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1) Return & Exchange Window

  • You may return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and in original packaging with all tags, accessories, dust bags, and free gifts.

  • Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded/store credit at our discretion.


2) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

(Unless faulty on arrival)

  • Hijabs, undercaps, niqabs, and other headwear once opened.

  • Customized/altered items (tailored length, special orders, monogramming).

  • Final Sale/Clearance items marked “Final Sale”.

  • Gift cards / e-gift cards / downloadable products.

  • Opened fragrances, cosmetics, intimate or sanitary goods.

  • Hazardous/flammable items.


3) Get Approval First (RMA)

  1. Email support@guzelic.com or WhatsApp 0322-0990230 within 30 days of delivery.
    Include order #, item name/size, reason, and photos if damaged/defective.

  2. We’ll reply with your Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

  3. Pack securely in original packaging.

Do not send items without RMA. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


4) Shipping Your Return

  • Customer pays return shipping (except approved defect/wrong-item cases).

  • Use a trackable service and keep the receipt. We aren’t responsible for parcels lost in transit.

  • Send to: {Guzelic – Returns, {Return Address}, {City, Country, Postal Code}}.

International returns: Duties/taxes paid at import are non-refundable. Mark parcels “Customer Return – No Commercial Value.” Any charges billed to us may be deducted from your refund.


5) Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • Fastest route: return for refund and place a new order, or request a direct exchange when you ask for your RMA.


6) Refunds

  • After your return arrives, allow 2–4 business days for inspection.

  • If approved, refunds go to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (your bank may take longer to post).

  • Original shipping, COD fees, gift wrap, duties/taxes are non-refundable.

  • COD orders: refund via store credit or bank transfer (share account details).

  • Items returned used/worn/washed, scented, stained, or missing parts may be refused or receive a partial refund/store credit minus a restocking fee (up to 20%).


7) Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank/card account → contact your card issuer → contact your bank.

  • Still nothing after our timeframe? Email support@guzelic.com with your order # and RMA.


8) Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Report within 7 days of delivery to support@guzelic.com or WhatsApp 0322-0990230 with photos (item, inner/outer packaging, shipping label).

  • Once verified, we’ll replace or refund and cover reasonable return shipping if applicable.


9) Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, approved returns receive a Guzelic gift credit.

  • If not marked as a gift, refunds go to the original purchaser.


10) Partial Refunds (if applicable)

May apply to:

  • Items not in original condition (minor makeup/perfume marks), missing accessories.

  • Returns requested/received after 30 days but within a reasonable period (store credit minus a late/restocking fee).


11) Returns We Cannot Accept

  • Worn/washed/used items; perfume, deodorant, makeup stains; pet hair; stretched fabric.

  • Missing tags/labels/packaging or free gifts.

  • Items sent without RMA or to the wrong address.
